How Long Does Shipping Take?
Bonsai Trees: 3–7 business days (shipped safely from our U.S. partners)Tools & Accessories: 4–10 business days (depending on the supplier)You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do You Accept Return and Refunds?
Absolutely! You can return unused tools and accessories within 40 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition.
Email us at info@serenagi.com with your order number and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Bonsai Shipping
Bonsais are shipped in the finest packaging materials available to assure that your live tree and products are not damaged by the carrier while allowing trees to breathe in in route.
Keep in mind that the shipping might sometimes be aggressive for the bonsai so if it comes a little dry or unhealthy. Don't worry, here is what to do:
- Unbox Carefully.
- Give it Indirect Light.
- Water Gently and Slowly if Topsoil Feels Dry.
- Let it Breathe and Let It Acclimate for 1 to 2 days.
